About OnWay
OnWay provides a platform connecting customers, stores, and drivers to facilitate product ordering and delivery. The service was developed to serve residents of Al-Dhuluiya district and surrounding areas, with future plans to expand across all districts of Salah al-Din Governorate.
Account Creation
When creating an OnWay account, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including your name, gender, phone number, and residential location or delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Orders and Delivery
Product prices and delivery fees are displayed before you confirm an order. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information required to fulfill the order.
Stores and Drivers
Stores and drivers participate in fulfilling orders according to the nature of the service. OnWay coordinates the ordering and delivery process, while product availability and delivery times may vary depending on the store and operating conditions.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use OnWay lawfully and not to misuse the application or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or other users' information.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account from within the OnWay application through your account settings. Certain information may be retained when required by law or for accounting or security obligations.
