OnWay was developed to serve residents of Al-Dhuluiya district and surrounding areas, with future plans to expand our services across all districts of Salah al-Din Governorate.

We use your information to create and manage your account, verify your identity and authenticate your login, process orders and deliveries, communicate with you about order status, improve OnWay services, and protect accounts and services from unauthorized or fraudulent use.
Sharing Information
Information necessary to fulfill an order, such as your name, phone number, and delivery address, may be shared with the store and driver involved in fulfilling that order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

You can request deletion of your OnWay account directly from within the application by opening your account settings and selecting the account deletion option. When the request is processed, personal information associated with your account will be deleted or deactivated, except for information that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or rights-protection purposes.
